- 3 Bedroom house or apartment € 270
- 4 Bedroom house € 290
An extra charge of €25 will apply for each extension.
Prices for larger dwellings or houses in other areas are available on request.
The Counties which we cover are Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, Wicklow and South Dublin.
We also carryout energy audits prices start from €150.
All our prices include taxes and SEAI charges.
